Day 55: Key to the soul
Before photography I never really got to appreciate or notice people’s eyes (or at least from what I remember). It’s crazy, because now that is the first thing I notice. The hardest thing to do is make them pop out in a photo, and if you’re doing portraits and someone has dark eyes, guess what you failed at capturing the most important part. That’s how I feel anyways, what do you think?

Day 56: Day Fifty Six
So yet another storm this month. As much as I might hate when it snows, there is a deep down appreciation for it. I think the problem is winter seems to last forever, and summer can’t come fast enough, but when it does it’s a blur. Oh well I’m living one day at a time and need to start appreciating all the things life has to bring.

Day 57: A Day In
So we got hit with a pretty big storm again this month. Perfect opportunity to stay in and work from home. Stayed in my PJ’s, grabbed a glass of milk, and watch some TV as I worked. What could be better? Happy Friday everyone!

Day 58: Night Out
So with winter being here things usually settle down for me and I go into hibernation mode. Tonight we are going out for a friend’s birthday party, so time to wake up and go have some fun. After all it is the weekend and winter is almost over. Not to mention tomorrow makes it 2 months completed for the 365 project!

Day 59: Another one bites the dust!
So Month 2 complete! Boy was I super excited to do today’s picture, what an exciting time it is for me and a great way to end the weekend. My Fiancée (and assistant) and I had a lot of fun with this one and I hope to do many more fun pictures once the weather permits.
This project has been a big accomplishment for me as I’ve never succeeded at accomplishing something that takes so much work to complete. I may only have completed 2 of 12 months so far, but I honestly didn’t think I would make it this far. So here’s to the month of February. Cya tomorrow!

Day 60: Its official, the earth is round.
So I decided to go out and shoot today, boy was it colder than I expected. The winds picked up and it was cooolllddd. Sitting in the car I thought and thought, what the heck am I going to take a picture of? Looked up and saw the sky was nicely lit for it being 8pm! Bam, that’s my shot. And here we go… For the B&W lovers, click here. Oh yeah, Happy Monday!
